Toronto: January 2018. Real Estate Re-sale transactions finished off Strong in Toronto for 2017 with a total of 92,394 sales reported. This is just under the record sales of 2016 but still strong enough to keep price growth moving upward as the average selling price was up 12.7% in 2017 compared to the previous year.
